Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 15-30 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
• 7-14 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee

Cancellation by HappyGhumakkads

We reserve the right to cancel trips due to:

• Insufficient bookings to operate the tour
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, political instability, etc.)
• Other circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or full refunds.
